Excellent location. On the main square. Just a few meters from all the tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The view from my room was WANDERFUL, WANDERFUL, à WANDERFUL . The room is very nice. The owner explained everything to me perfectly via WhatsApp. Breakfast is served in a café 300 meters away. The breakfast was very poor. It consisted only of a croissant and a coffee. The accommodation is located in a restricted traffic area, so you cannot enter with your car. The owner recommended a private parking lot with hundreds of parking spaces, which is very close to the apartment. But this parking lot is extremely expensive. The most expensive I saw on my entire trip. I recommend parking in the blue spaces and paying by the hour. I’d love to stay more in this apartment and Matera.

First of all, I would like to mention Marianna the host, who was very caring, helpful and was in regular touch before and during my stay. All her instructions and recommendations were clear and very useful. She also gave me a wonderful surprise on my arrival by giving me a better room than what I originally booked. This room was magical with the most amazing view of the whole old town Sassi, noone could wish for a better feeling when staying in Matera. I will always be grateful for her kind gesture because I had a wonderful two days at this B&B. The bathroom was clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved that the windows were great and no noise came in from outside at night. The location is perfect, right in the very centre of shops, restaurants and the Sassi. Breakfast was in a cafe near to the B&B and icluded a sandwich, a croissant, an orange juice and coffee. Matera is a magical place with lots too see and do and Dimora del Campo is the best place to make your stay wonderful.

Fabulous location, perfectly centrally located. The view from the room was incredible both during the day and at night. Loved the terrace and balcony! The bed was very comfortable.

Location, location, location. Right in the old town and steps aware from an entrance to the Stazzi. Lots of restaurants and shops just minutes walk away. A very new renovation of this small, 3 room BnB. Lovely workmanship. The room was cleaned every day. Our room was one flight above the entrance and had a large bathroom separated from the bedroom but as we were the only room on that level, it was not a problem

Matera is a stunning unforgettable place. Our bedroom had a fabulous big shuttered window overlooking the Sassi. It was stunning. Don’t bother booking the room with a terrace as we didn’t use it and didn’t offer anything special. The room was modern, light and so clean. Bed linen was beautiful and it had a fab bathroom. Great shower and bath. Location smack bang in middle of the main piazza. Vouchers provided for breakfast at a local cafe..which was excellent. Coffe-fresh juice-croissants etc..totally recommend it.

We loved our stay at Dimora del Campo. It's located right in the centre of town, surrounded by a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Our room was amazing with views to die for. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic. It was SO special having a room with a balcony and terrace! Thank you Marianna. You are an outstanding host and you helped make our anniversary very special! We hope to return one day.

The location is amazing!!! Very clean and tidy. Exterior bath but it is right across, we basically had the whole second floor for us.

Everything was great. I stayed in the room with a balcony and it really worths it. It is the best viewpoint of the Sassis you will have. Great shower and pillows. It is Perfectly located to go everywhere and then back and there’s a private parking 200 mts. Away. Marianna and Margherita were very so kind!
